Winner of the 2015 Ryan Chighizola Prize. The $1000 award is sponsored by the Chighizola family in memory of Ryan, a UNO English major (B.A., 1998) who died in 2006. To recognize Ryan's love of poetry, the scholarship is awarded to a student who excels in the writing of poetry or poetry criticism.
