Abstract
This report provides an analysis of the current conditions of the French Market District (the District), and the UNO-PLUS team’s recommendations for improvement. Methods of analyses include site visits, pedestrian and traffic counts, mapping, and review of the City of New Orleans’ Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
