Bradley O'Hara, Provost and Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs for the University of Louisiana System, introduces Xenia Fedorchenko, who served as the judge for the art exhibition. Professor Fedorchenko, who is a member of the Art Department faculty at Lamar University, announces the awards for Best in Show and a merit award in each media category.
