Description
The type of establishment that we are proposing is an Asian Fusion restaurant in a major metropolitan city. This restaurant will have a casual atmosphere. It is a friendly family environment where there is no pressure to dress a certain way. Although it is mainly a quick stop restaurant there is the option sit down at the restaurant. Menu items will include a mix of different Asian cultures and American culture foods. This includes the fusion of Vietnamese, Korean, Taiwanese, Japanese and American Food. Some items are cross-cultured items whereas other menu options are from individual cultures. We are looking at being a primarily To-Go restaurant. With the help of our menu’s quick-bite items, customers can easily take their orders on the go. Our restaurant is not a restaurant where our customers wait to be seated. Our layout will be set up to where guests can come in order at the register and either sit down and eat or take their food to-go with them. Most customers, in theory, would typically order at the register, sit at a table while waiting for their food and leave once their meals are ready. With the majority of our items being appetizer-esque foods it makes it really easy to travel on the go. With some of our menu items being soup and broth based, we will have some tables available for food items that aren’t as travel friendly.
