Description
The following abstract is relevant to wave modeling in support of wave energy projects. It complements the modeling presentation and was amplified as a technical paper. The abstract identifies instruments that are part of the West Coast Wave Collaboration Project. This project includes researchers, engineers, and numerical modelers all focused on the collection and analysis of information on the wave energy potential off western Vancouver Island. The presentation, papers and abstract formed a good basis for discussions during breakout groups.
