Abstract

The following thesis will provide a detailed account of the University of New Orleans’ School of the Arts production of the play Fully Committed by Becky Mode. I will explain our process as we slowly began to surface from the Coronavirus pandemic that shuttered theatres in March of 2020, and discuss the social climate and attitudes toward theater just before, during and as we come out of pandemic. Fully Committed was performed on September 21^st, 22^nd, 23^rd, 24^th, 25^th, 28^th, 29^th, 30^th, and October 1^st in the Nims Laboratory Theater on the University of New Orleans campus in New Orleans, Louisiana.
