Abstract
This descriptive case study examines the St. Thomas/Irish Channel Consortium's bottom-up approach to collaboration and its impact on community-building for social and economic change within the St. Thomas/Irish Channel neighborhood in New Orleans, Louisiana. The study determines the feasibility of the St. Thomas/Irish Channel Consortium being a new model of collaboration from the community level up.
