Abstract

The thesis film, entitled “Tomorrow”, is a comedy/drama that tells the story of Kevin, a young college student with a love for video games. However, his passion for video games is a distraction from his schoolwork, causing him to constantly procrastinate. His roommate, Rome, tries to help him stay on track, but sometimes his guidance is ignored. However, Kevin realizes his actions may get the best of him, as his professor, Mr. Bullard, informs Kevin that he is at risk of failing his class. He must successfully complete an important assignment so he won’t fail the class, but an upcoming video game tournament manages to grab Kevin’s attention. Throughout the film, Kevin battles with procrastination, distractions and priorities. This production binder contains various forms and documents that help detail the pre-production, production and post-production processes of the film. It also contains a self-reflection portion of the production experience, giving insight to aspects that worked and areas that need improvement.
