Abstract
In this reflection paper, I will cover the entire process of the creation of my thesis film, Loving You is Complicated, from the writing of the script and pre-production tasks, through principal shooting dates, all the way to post-production editing and documentation. I will reflect on my time in UNO’s graduate film production program, including how I learned from mistakes on previous films, and created a smooth experience for this film. I will also reflect on mistakes made during LYIC’s creation, and how I plan to learn from moving forward into my career.
